Born and raised in beautiful Gulf Coast Florida, I spent the majority of my adult life "shovel bumming" as a field archaeologist in the North American Western states, surf exploring and sea haggin' along the coasts of central america and beyond, only to recently be called in the direction of the healing arts. Now residing in Southern Costa Rica, embarking on the journey of motherhood, supporting myself and the community at large through traditional Hawaiian body work, writing, creating art, close to family and surrounded by an incredible community of loving friends.
